She said it works for sickness, but it took me a few years to actaully start drinking and just the other day i started drinking it cause i felt like i was getting a sore throat, and all i drank was about a shot of ACV and like a tiny bit of water, apple juice, or somthing to help me shoot it down my throat! My sore throat actually went away! Im not sure if Apple Cidar Vinegar will help Flu's but its worth a try!!
